As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive work environment. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Retail Sales Associate, your key responsibilities will include: * Fashions and delivers a unique and beautiful purchaser experience by greeting customers, providing assistance with products and services, and resolving consumer issues. * Registers sales on assigned cash register, collects cash, and distributes change as requested; handles voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed. * Maintains counters and shelves in a smooth and well-merchandised state, takes inventory, and continues facts. Tests in and fees products as required or as directed by the store manager or communicated by the shift leader. * Implements agency asset protection strategies to prevent and reduce earnings loss. * Guarantees compliance with country and local laws concerning regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products). * Constructs and maintains displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special systems, and sale merchandise. Completes resets and revisions as directed. * Assists with separation of food products (e.g., raw ingredients from pre-cooked) and product placement as unique using policies/approaches (e.g., raw and frozen meats on back cabinets). For consumable items, assists in inventory rotation, the use of the first-in, first-out technique, and restock outs. * Has working knowledge of store systems and store equipment. * Provides customer support in the photo location, including Virtual Passport Image Service, Poster Print and Innovative Machine, and suggestive sell of promotional photo merchandise. * Assumes net pickup obligations (monitors orders in Photo Care Plus, fills orders (select items), and can provide orders to customers as they come to the store). * Assists with outdoor and interior maintenance by ensuring the clean, neat, and orderly store conditions and appearance. * Complies with all agency policies and approaches; maintains respectful relationships with coworkers. * Completes unique assignments and other responsibilities as assigned. **Education & Personal Development** As an Experienced Retail Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to attend training and complete PPLs requested by your supervisor or assigned by the company.
