If you're a people person with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver exceptional customer service, providing expert advice on our products and services * Utilize consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs * Provide accurate pricing information, take complex customer orders, and assemble parcels for shipping * Set up and operate printing, binding, and other related equipment using customer-supplied original media and documents * Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment * Process financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change * Clean, repair, and stock all retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies to provide optimal performance and availability * Stay current on retail store merchandising materials and ensure proper display of all retail area product and signage * Take preemptive action to prevent errors and waste * Complete required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, close-outs, and bank deposits * Follow blithequark standard operating procedures as well as adhere to legal, HR, safety, customer service, and security policies and procedures **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent education * 6+ months of specialized experience in a retail or customer service environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods * Ability to move and lift 55 pounds * Ability, on a consistent basis, to bend/twist at the waist and knees * Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members * Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction * Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure * Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time * Ability, on a consistent basis, to work with minimal supervision * Ability, on a consistent basis, to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the blithequark business **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment * Knowledge of printing, signs, and graphics products and services * Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Familiarity with blithequark products and services **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate: $17.30 - $20.30/hr * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement * Paid time off and holidays * A dynamic and supportive work environment * The chance to work with a leading provider of business solutions and make a positive impact in our communities **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are eager to join a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!
