**Key Responsibilities**

As a Retail Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Customer Interaction

* Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shipping and packing needs.
* Provide information on arenaflex products and services, including shipping options, delivery times, and costs.
* Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Service and Sales

* Promote and sell arenaflex products and services to meet customer needs.
* Assist customers with packaging their items securely to ensure safe delivery.
* Offer additional services such as printing, copying, and office supplies.

Transaction Management

* Process shipping transactions accurately using arenaflex systems.
* Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions securely and efficiently.
* Ensure all shipping documentation is completed correctly and legibly.

Operational Support

* Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the customer service counter and surrounding areas.
* Restock supplies and materials as needed to ensure smooth operations.
* Follow company policies and procedures for shipping, handling, and safety.

Technical Proficiency

* Operate point-of-sale systems, shipping software, and other relevant technology.
* Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with shipping equipment and systems.

Team Collaboration

* Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
* Assist with training new employees and sharing best practices for customer service and sales.

Compliance

* Adhere to all arenaflex policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to security and privacy.
* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for shipping and handling.

**Qualifications**

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
* Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
* Skills:

+ Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and documentation.

**Physical Requirements**

* Ability to lift and handle packages up to 50 pounds.
* Standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as bending and reaching.
