Maintaining Partnerships : Cultivate ongoing relationships with Property Management to ensure Neptune Fitness remains a valued community amenity, driving long-term growth and success. Community Marketing : Promote Neptune Fitness to potential communities, showcasing our benefits and unique value proposition to drive sales and expansion. Sales : Sell Personal Training sessions to residents eager to start their fitness programs, leveraging MS Teams or hybrid models to deliver exceptional client experiences. Essential Qualifications Proven sales experience, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strong business acumen, with a keen understanding of sales strategies and market trends. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving targets and driving growth. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote/hybrid team. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the luxury or high-end market segment.
