Role Overview

Set Appointments

Connect with prospective clients and schedule virtual meetings to discuss their financial protection needs.
Provide Customized Solutions

Recommend life and health insurance options tailored to each client's goals and circumstances.
Deliver Ongoing Client Support

Assist with policy updates, answer questions, and maintain long-term relationships built on trust.
Build Your Book of Business

Develop lasting client relationships and generate referrals to expand your portfolio over time.
Compensation Structure
Commission + Bonuses

Unlimited earning potential based on performance.
First-year representatives commonly earn $60,000-$100,000+, depending on effort and production.
Residual Income

Earn renewals on serviced policies. After 10 years, you are fully vested for life, creating long-term passive income.
Weekly Pay

Commissions are paid every Friday via direct deposit.

We provide no-cost pre-licensing training.

You will invest approximately $200 for your state licensing course and exam.
Flexible Schedule

Training typically lasts 2-4 weeks.
Afterward, enjoy full flexibility - set your own hours and work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. (excluding MA).
