Key Responsibilities Data Entry and Record Keeping: Input daily labor into the Corporate Time & Attendance Management System (CTAMS), ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in recording hours worked, leave, maintenance, project accounting, labor distribution, and other relevant information. Clerical and Administrative Support: Perform a variety of clerical duties, including filing, typing, and maintaining office files, both physical and electronic, using tools like Adobe Acrobat for labor distribution forms. Database Management and Reporting: Review and input reports into various database systems, and run reports from these databases to support payroll operations and analysis. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the payroll team and other departments to ensure smooth payroll processing, addressing queries, and providing support as needed. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Education: A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent (GED or TASC) approved by a State's Department of Education or recognized accredited organization. Experience: Proven experience with data entry, demonstrating accuracy and efficiency in handling large volumes of data. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems.
