Rapid eLearning Deployment Specialist (Articulate/Relias)

Articulate eLearning Update & Relias LMS Preparation (2 Brief Modules) Project Overview We are seeking an experienced eLearning developer/Instructional Designer to quickly update two existing short Articulate modules (Storyline source files will be provided) and prepare them for seamless upload into the Relias Learning Management System (LMS). The core content is sound, but the visual design must be updated, and a critical navigation issue must be fixed. This is a time-sensitive project. All work must be completed, tested, and delivered by December 10th. Scope of Work and Deliverables The project includes updating and preparing two existing modules. Each module is approximately 5-10 minutes in length. 1. Design and Navigation Update (Primary Focus) •Implement New Visuals: Integrate new, modern visual assets (images) which will be provided by our team. • Correct Scrolling Issue: Redesign the current course structure to eliminate the need for vertical scrolling within the module frames. This is a crucial requirement to ensure all learners see the complete screen content without having to scroll. This may involve adjusting the player settings, redesigning slides, or utilizing different layout/slide masters. • Apply Best Practices: Ensure the user interface (UI) is clean, intuitive, and follows modern eLearning design standards. 2. Technical Finalization & LMS Integration • SCORM Compliance: Publish the final modules to a SCORM format (preferably SCORM 1.2 or 2004, as per Relias best practices—please advise on your recommended version for Relias). • Relias Compatibility: Configure all SCORM settings to ensure proper tracking and completion reporting when uploaded to the Relias LMS. Prior experience with Relias is required. • Deliverables: o Updated Articulate Source Files (.story or Rise share link/export). o Two final, tested, and validated SCORM packages (.ZIP files) ready for upload to Relias. Required Skills and Experience • Expert Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and/or Rise). • Proven Experience with Relias LMS: Must have prior experience publishing, testing, and troubleshooting SCORM courses specifically for the Relias LMS. • Strong portfolio showcasing modern, non-scrolling eLearning design (especially single-page/full-screen layouts). • Excellent time management and communication skills to meet the strict December 10th deadline.
