Remote Technology Education Teacher: Join Our Team We're seeking an experienced Remote Technology Education Teacher to join our team. As a Secondary Technical Electives Teacher, you'll play a critical role in delivering personalized and engaging instruction to students in various technical and career/tech-ed (CTE) courses. This is a remote position that requires a strong and diverse skillset, a passion for education, and a commitment to driving student success. Key Responsibilities Deliver personalized instruction and support to students in technical and CTE courses, using a range of digital tools and platforms. Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, using proactive communication and a customer-centric approach. Provide ongoing monitoring of student progress, intervening as needed to address gaps and deliver remediation. Collaborate with peers and administrators to drive student success, sharing best practices and contributing to a positive and supportive company culture. Proctor student assessments, traveling to testing locations as required. Maintain a strong and supportive company culture, contributing to recruitment, retention, and community outreach goals. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in education or a related field. Teacher certification and completion of an approved teacher preparation program. At least three years of teaching experience, with a preference for online teaching experience. Ability to be licensed to teach technology courses in Arizona, Colorado, and Washington. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Google Apps for Education, learning management systems, and modern communication tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: At least two years of online teaching experience. At least one year of experience learning or working online. Experience with technical electives and CTE courses.
