Job Summary In this exciting role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Vehicle Status Specialists and Vehicle Preparation Experts, ensuring that all pre-delivery vehicles are prepared to the highest standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement process enhancements, and drive the team to meet quarterly and annual targets. With a focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency, you will be the driving force behind our vehicle preparation and delivery operations. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of Vehicle Status Specialists and Vehicle Preparation Experts to ensure pre-delivery vehicles are prepared to the highest standards Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality, working closely with cross-functional teams Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness Focus on all vehicle work that needs to be completed in accordance with company standards, developing plans to ensure timely completion Track progress, communicate with stakeholders, and escalate issues as required Manage inventory and reorder supplies as needed Perform additional duties as required Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license required Proven track record of leadership and team management experience Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and suppliers Ability to lift 50-60 pounds Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the automotive or electric vehicle industry Experience with process improvement and implementation Knowledge of vehicle preparation and delivery processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and suppliers Knowledge of vehicle preparation and delivery processes Experience with process improvement and implementation Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
