Key Responsibilities

Organize and manage large data sets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness, and develop efficient data workflows and procedures to support business operations.
Utilize advanced Excel functions to build and optimize data sets, generate reports, and track progress, and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
Transfer information from hardcopy to digital format, and update and maintain price files and internal systems, ensuring they reflect current information.
Collaborate across teams to streamline data management processes and integrate data into relevant systems, and develop and implement efficient data workflows and procedures to support business operations.
Train staff on document retrieval procedures, and analyze data trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Troubleshoot data discrepancies and provide timely resolutions, ensuring data security, accuracy, and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, peers, managers, and internal support staff, and handle multiple client requests simultaneously and accurately.


Essential Qualifications

Solid experience in data entry tasks, with high accuracy and attention to detail, and expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and professionalism, maturity, and high integrity.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and solid customer focus (internal & external), with a workspace free from distractions and reliable, hard-wired internet connectivity.
Open to receiving and applying coaching feedback through regular meetings, and flexibility to work global business hours is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications

Excel certification is a plus, and healthcare background with an understanding of third-party payers, reimbursement, and GPO contracting is desirable.
Prior experience with pricing or internal systems updates is also a plus, and a strong understanding of data management principles and practices is an asset.
