We're seeking an exceptional leader to join our Global Partnerships team as the Head of Shopping Partnerships. In this role, you will spearhead the development and execution of transformative retailer, platform, and content partnerships that revolutionize the shopping experience across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a high-performing team of Strategic Partnerships Development Managers to achieve ambitious goals and drive business growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Legal, to identify, scope, and execute first-of-kind integration partnerships
Develop and maintain a network of relationships with key players in the EMEA retail ecosystem
Drive presentations and recommendations to leadership around key business performance indicators, regional dynamics, and strategy
Structure and execute agreements with strategic partners, ensuring alignment with Google's product goals and priorities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
11+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or management consulting in retail or online commerce
Proven experience in leading teams, managing partnerships, and driving business growth
Sharp strategy acumen, with experience in using analytical insights to solve problems and communicate solutions
Excellent people and communication skills, with the ability to formulate and articulate business, financial, and other points with partners and internal stakeholders
