About the Role
This is a remote opportunity, but you'll need to be based in or relocate to Romania. As a Seller Expert, you'll work closely with leaders from Retail and Seller Services teams to drive business growth for key producers (sellers) on Amazon sites. Your primary focus will be on the strategic and operational aspects of managing client relationships with our sellers.
Key Responsibilities
Support the performance of internal teams on input metrics and the impact of merchants on creating an exceptional client experience
Collaborate with the Retail Team to manage merchant relationships by supporting sellers' needs at Amazon
Build solid communication channels at all levels, set clear expectations, provide regular status updates, and manage towards a growth plan for merchants
Develop and execute a strategic account plan that delivers on key business opportunities and significant KPIs for sellers and Amazon
Work with internal Amazon teams/sellers to improve operational aspects of their business, providing an exceptional buyer experience
Lead in-depth analysis on dealt-with issues for merchants and develop proposals and action plans based on data to improve seller experience
Provide thought leadership around planning, guides, and execution
Establish long-term associations with key merchant partners for the group of sellers handled
Support the launches of new programs, classes, and features
Lead regular weekly and monthly business reviews with sellers, highlighting business metric performance and building action plans
Metric impacting - understand metrics and make reasonable estimates; develop and execute plans of action, and respond quickly with new action plans
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
Relevant experience (at least 3 years) in Seller management, sales, post-sales, account management, or business development in managing B2B business
Strong presentation skills, ability to offer viewpoints consistently and concisely; demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative, and solution-oriented
Data analysis skills - ability to gather, clean, interpret, challenge, and question data and provide solutions; demonstrated ability to handle the business
Influencing skills - metric impacting: ability to understand a metric and make reasonable estimates; negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment with full control and responsibility for achieving business goals
Develop unique ideas, approaches, and solutions to average, surprising, or tough spots or issues
Ability to work in teams and focus on delivering results with high standards
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to retail buying, retail planning, and allocation, product/project management, marketing, or e-commerce will be a plus
Understanding of and enthusiasm for online business
Advanced Excel skills
