As a Project Manager, Consumer Experience, you will be responsible for defining, managing, and communicating project objectives, creating applicable project plans, and implementing risk management methodologies. Your expertise will be crucial in monitoring and resolving schedule conflicts, resource constraints, and risks inherent in managing our Consumer Experience organization's projects. Start Date: Immediate openings available Company: Workwarp Compensation: A competitive salary range of $48,000 to $75,000 per year, determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and internal equity Location: Remote, with the flexibility to work from anywhere Position: Project Manager, Consumer Experience Key Responsibilities and Expectations As a Project Manager, Consumer Experience, your primary responsibilities will include: Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using our project management software Effectively communicating project expectations and progress to clients, team members, and the executive team in a timely and clear manner Delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate owners Assessing and managing the risk of schedule changes Identifying and resolving issues and conflicts within the project team Identifying and managing project dependencies and critical chain Tracking project milestones and deliverables Developing full-scale project plans and associated communications documents Quantitatively planning and organizing the project team's capacity Ensuring optimal use of capacities in the group, setting priorities, and ensuring the correct and timely execution of all tasks Leading Projects to Success You will be responsible for leading projects to reach business and department objectives, which will include: Effectively onboarding clients using agile, change management, and process leadership Exerting strong influencing skills to impact work schedules and completion Creating continual adjustments to work schedules in a persuasive manner to keep the project on course Effectively communicating with leaders, fellow team members, and clients using email, status updates, work schedules, and other means Addressing areas of risk through the creation of action plans, status updates, and escalation to provide and implement solutions Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, project management, engineering, or technology 1-3 years of experience in project management, with a preference for experience in communications, custom communications, marketing, benefits, or human resources Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills, with a sense of urgency and accountability to address stakeholder concerns Proven ability to manage project scope, budget, and timelines while effectively prioritizing tasks, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful outcomes Strong collaboration skills, with expertise in leading client meetings, managing expectations, documenting needs, and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced team environment Professional demeanor, with the ability to build trusting relationships and create a sense of urgency to accomplish results Preferred Qualifications and Certifications While not required, the following qualifications and certifications are preferred: PMI-ACP, PMP, Client Onboarding, or consulting experience Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as AdaptiveWork or ServiceNow Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including OneNote, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
