Key Responsibilities As a Remote Mental Health Therapist with Talkspace, you will have the opportunity to: * Provide mental health care to clients through live sessions, asynchronous messaging, and video conferencing * Work on your own schedule, with flexibility to choose your time commitment and caseload * Enjoy a competitive reimbursement rate of $67.90 per hour for live sessions, with prorated rates for shorter sessions * Earn a monthly bonus of up to $4,000 based on client engagement and clinical hours spent on the platform * Access a range of resources and benefits, including free CE credits, a dedicated Provider Support Team, and a partnership with Stride Health for health and financial well-being Requirements To be considered for this role, you must possess and provide proof of the following: * Independent, state-board-approved clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) * Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy * Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application * Individual NPI number * Current residence in the USA Compensation and Benefits At Talkspace, we believe in pay transparency and offer a competitive compensation package, including: * Reimbursement rates of $67.90 per hour for live sessions, with prorated rates for shorter sessions * Asynchronous messaging rates ranging between $12-$36, depending on client plans * Monthly bonus of up to $4,000 based on client engagement and clinical hours spent on the platform * Access to a range of resources and benefits, including free CE credits, a dedicated Provider Support Team, and a partnership with Stride Health for health and financial well-being About the Company Culture At Talkspace, we value flexibility, autonomy, and work-life balance.
