About Med-Kick and the Role At Med-Kick, our mission is to improve the quality of care for Medicare patients while helping healthcare providers optimize their revenue streams. We achieve this through our innovative RPM and Chronic Care Management (CCM) programs, which enable patients to stay connected with their healthcare providers between office visits. As a Remote Medical Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in introducing our services to medical offices, medical groups, and specialists, leveraging your existing network and relationships to drive growth and success. Key Responsibilities Introduce Med-Kick's RPM and CCM services to Physicians, Nursing Staff, and Administrators in medical offices and groups via phone, video conference, or in-person, adhering to CDC guidelines. Schedule, remind, and follow up on appointments with Office Managers and Doctors using platforms like GoToMeeting, Zoom, or video conferencing. Produce and process schedules and reports as requested by administrative staff, customers, or clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Leverage your existing relationships and network to expand Med-Kick's presence in the market, identifying new opportunities and building strong partnerships. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Remote Medical Sales Representative with Med-Kick, you should possess: Established working relationships in the medical industry that can be leveraged to introduce our services. A college degree in a related field (such as healthcare administration) is beneficial but not mandatory. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and staff. Basic math skills and experience working with data and Excel. Computer competency for data entry and report production. The ability to adapt quickly to medical sales, be detail-oriented, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to work independently as a 1099 Independent Contractor. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in medical sales, particularly in RPM or CCM services. A proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets. Familiarity with the healthcare industry, including CMS programs introduced in 2015, 2019, and 2020.
