Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Remote Medical Data Entry Specialist to join our nationwide revenue cycle operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in processing medical data, ensuring accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities Process medical data through CMS portals, reviewing cases for eligibility and accuracy Prepare, enter, track, document, and file medical data with a high degree of quality customer service and compliance with regulatory and company standards Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, addressing questions, report status, concerns, or general requests for information Utilize appropriate systems and databases to enter client or examine information and retrieve information as needed Pull medical records from clients' external sites and upload them into our internal database Ensure all medical records are complete and accurately filled out, preparing them for review by our medical experts Hours and Work Environment This is a fully remote position, requiring a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace. You'll work Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm CST, with a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your work and personal life.
