About the Role As a Remote Live Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing timely solutions to their queries. You'll be responsible for handling incoming live chats, resolving customer concerns, and building strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer live chats, addressing website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner. Build strong relationships with new customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized support. Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track issues, and analyze customer data to improve our services. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively resolve customer queries and concerns. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing issues and responding to customers in a timely manner. Adapt to different personalities and customer needs, providing a tailored support experience. Work independently as a remote team member, maintaining productivity and meeting performance targets. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) is a plus. Proven customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment. Strong telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with CRM tools and technology, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Flexibility and adaptability when dealing with different customer personalities and needs. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the petroleum or chemical industries, or a related field. Knowledge of inventory management systems and bulk plant operations. Certifications in customer service or a related field (e.g., customer service representative, CRM specialist). Experience with live chat software and other customer support tools.
