Job Summary As a Remote Live Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be responsible for answering incoming customer live chats, creating relationships with new customers, and resolving website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns.
