As a Remote Live Chat Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and satisfying experience. Key Responsibilities Provide real-time assistance to customers via live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
