As a Remote Health Insurance Licensed Professional, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, providing exceptional customer support, and helping clients navigate their healthcare options. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from customers, providing expert guidance and support on their Medicare plans and decisions Assist customers with re-enrollments, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a clear and compassionate manner Make outbound calls to customers who have expressed interest in learning more about their healthcare options Utilize your knowledge of health insurance plans and regulations to provide accurate and helpful information to customers Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that every interaction is positive and productive Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities Participate in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date on industry trends, and best practices Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: An active health insurance license in the state where you reside, with a strong understanding of Medicare plans and regulations A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and provide thoughtful solutions A reliable computer and internet connection, as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experience can enhance your application: Bilingual Spanish skills, with the ability to communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking customers Previous experience in health insurance sales, customer support, or a related field A proven track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Familiarity with CRM software and other technology tools used in customer-facing roles What We Offer As a Remote Health Insurance Licensed Professional with Workwarp and Remx, you'll enjoy: A competitive hourly rate of $21/hour, with opportunities for additional earnings through sales A bilingual Spanish pay rate of $24/hour, with opportunities for additional earnings through sales A comprehensive training program, equipping you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in this role Ongoing support and development opportunities, helping you grow professionally and personally A flexible, remote work environment, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home A dynamic, supportive team culture, with opportunities for collaboration and connection Training and Schedule Our comprehensive training program is designed to prepare you for success in this role. You'll participate in 2-4 weeks of training, depending on the program, with a schedule of 8am-4:30pm CST or EST. After training, you'll work a variety of shifts, including 8-hour shifts between 6am and 2am CST, with opportunities for overtime during peak seasons.
