IT REQUIRES A COMPUTER WITH WINDOWS 11 PRO OR A MAC OS 13 OR HIGHER ASSOCIATES DEGREE OR BACHELOR DEGREE REQUIRED • SHIFT: 10AM- 6PM MONDAY - FRIDAY + OVERTIME SATURDAY OFFERED 10AM-4PM (SATURDAY WILL BE FULLY REMOTE)* • PAY RATE: $18/HR, OVERTIME RATE: $27/HR* • NYC, NY,* • Qualifications:* • Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree required • Microsoft Office proficient • Excellent communication skills and email communication skills • Description* -Provide customer service to registered shareholders through inbound and outbound call lists. -Educate shareholders on various corporate actions, board and shareholder proposals and voting options. -Track and monitor outstanding issues and provide clients with timely updates. -Log information into Access Database -Assist in the development of campaign themes to ensure the proper narrative is being communicated. • Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY. • Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
