**Responsibilities:**
As a Remote Email Chat Representative and Call Centre Support, you will be responsible for:
* Identifying and assessing clients' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
* Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools to meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
* Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; following up to ensure resolution
* Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
* Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to take the extra mile to engage clients
* Collaborating with the team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and service standards
**Key Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative, with a track record of over-achieving quota
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a high school diploma or equivalent
**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience working in a remote or call centre environment
