As a key member of our Thing and Customer Assessment Group, you will drive the analysis, evaluation, development, implementation, and assessment of machine learning models that are critical to our business. Your contributions will involve turning vast amounts of data generated by user behavior, application content, and App Store context into business insights that enhance the user experience for our customers and drive discovery and efficiency for app developers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement machine learning models to analyze user behavior, application content, and App Store context
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business insights and inform product development
Work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions
Design and implement A/B experiments to measure the effectiveness of our advertising platform
Communicate complex technical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in machine learning and data science
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
At least 3 years of experience in a data science role, preferably in the digital advertising industry or product assessment
Hands-on experience working with clickstream data and A/B experimentation
Programming skills in Python and SQL, and experience with AWS, Snowflake, Spark, and Tableau
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional, and constantly evolving environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
Experience working with modern data technologies, including data warehousing and ETL tools
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, including regression, classification, clustering, and time-series analysis
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
Ability to work with large datasets and perform data mining and statistical analysis
