About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a remote member of our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team, you will play a vital role in reviewing and filing legal documents utilizing our cutting-edge online platforms and tools. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with our team, resolve issues, and contribute to the achievement of common goals. Although this role is remote, it is essential that you are located in Alaska.

Key Responsibilities

Review and file legal documents using our internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and our processes, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices.
Investigate discrepancies as they arise, utilizing your analytical skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.


Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of essential qualifications and skills, including:

No prior experience is necessary; however, data entry experience is a significant plus, and tech experience is strongly preferred.
The ability to read, write, and speak English fluently is essential, as well as a high school diploma or GED.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy are crucial for success in this position.
A desire and ability to be a team player, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and a typing speed of at least 50-60 wpm are required, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
