Consulting and coordinating with others to generate, assemble, and update correspondence, departmental files, systems, manuals, logs, materials, and packets
Assisting departmental staff with clerical and administrative tasks and projects as assigned
Maintaining current working knowledge of required systems, procedures, forms, and manuals
Demonstrating and maintaining a high level of quality, quantity, and timeliness in your work to achieve individual and department performance goals
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
Intermediate skill in the use of office equipment, including copiers, fax machines, scanners, and telephones
Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 words per minute and an error rate of 5% or less
Basic skill in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
Intermediate PC proficiency
Ability to sit or stand for a minimum of 8 hours per day
Maintenance of confidentiality and privacy
Ability to manage a large and diverse administrative workload under limited time constraints
Possession of verbal and written communication skills
Capability of basic investigative and analytical research
Ability to navigate, gather, input, and maintain data records in multiple system applications
Ability to follow and accept instruction and direction in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
Establishment and maintenance of working relationships in a collaborative team environment
Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of medical, pharmaceutical, and other health services, practices, and terminology
