Your primary responsibilities will include collecting and entering data into our databases, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date. You will work closely with our data team and Data Manager to achieve our goals, and your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining the high standards we strive for. Key Responsibilities Verifies and logs receipt of data, ensuring that all information is accounted for and accurately recorded. Transcribes source data into the required electronic format, maintaining precision and attention to detail. Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners, efficiently and accurately. Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software, meeting productivity standards. Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents, identifying and resolving any discrepancies. Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information, taking corrective action as needed. Maintains a filing system and protects confidential customer information, adhering to our strict data protection policies. Performs regular backups to ensure data preservation, safeguarding against data loss. Responds to requests to retrieve data from the database or electronic filing system, providing timely and accurate information. Uses basic office equipment (photocopy machine, facsimile machine, etc.) as required, maintaining a satisfactory level of quality and productivity. Completes additional assigned tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team. Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry, ensuring that all materials are organized and readily available. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical skills, administrative experience, and personal qualities that enable you to work effectively in a remote environment. The following requirements are essential: Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk, with a strong track record of accuracy and productivity. Experience using office equipment, like fax machines and scanners, with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
