Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain essential data requirements, scientific classification structures, and specific loyalty rationale to support packaging design optimization and sustainability efforts across all Owned Brand organizations. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including obtaining, design, store operations, marketing, supply chain, properties, and compliance program owners, to establish relevant data requirements and flexible guidelines that consistently reflect our commitment to safety, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and performance. Develop and administer change processes to ensure accurate packaging document management portfolios across multiple systems and partner teams. Create and deliver innovative training and creative assets, both internally and externally, to drive comprehensive understanding of standards, specifications, and data accuracy best practices. Evaluate data requirements, standards, and specifications to advance safe, reliable, and cost-effective solutions that align with industry standards, promote good engineering practices, are consistent with risk tolerance assumptions, and maintain a leadership position in the industry. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills. These include: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. 4+ years of experience in creating and managing documentation and guidelines programs, preferably including packaging design and development. Ability to influence without authority, manage projects, work with groups, resolve conflict, build consensus, establish affinity, and collaborate effectively, both internally and externally, across all levels of an organization. Experience with documentation best practices, technical writing, and reporting. Skilled at creating and advising on content, structure, and delivery of effective training platforms, roadshows, and communication. Experience leading teams or projects, driving collaboration, empowerment, and cooperation. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, creative thinking, and technical skills. Related experience with packaging or consumer goods manufacturing is preferred. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Flexibility and resilience; open to working in uncertain and constantly changing conditions. Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work, communicate, and lead in a highly collaborative environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Visio applications.
