[Remote] Analyst, Privacy (Compliance)

The Compliance Analyst will organize compliance and HIPAA Privacy Programs, perform policy and risk assessments, and support various compliance-related activities within the organization. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary contact for actual or suspected privacy breaches and disclosures reported to Navitus • Leads the investigation, resolution, and documentation of privacy issues, privacy breaches and disclosures consistent with government reporting and client contractual requirements • Supports response to member and client inquiries related to HIPAA privacy rights and responsibilities • Assist the Associate Director, Compliance and SIU with duties related to privacy, compliance committee, policy and procedure evaluation and monitoring, other compliance activities, audits and reporting of results • Ensure tracking and monitoring of compliance documentation, policies, versions, and reviews including availability on Compass, timely completion, and consistent classification • Assists SIU as deemed necessary with activities such as the OIG/EPLS exclusion program, policy and procedure maintenance, investigation support, and FWA education, etc • Supports and facilitates compliance education and awareness efforts, documentation, and educational content development • Responds to and facilitates corporate compliance guidance research and clarification as requested and appropriate • Facilitates and/or participates in process re-design, service improvement, bolthires reduction and automation • Other duties as assigned Skills • Must be willing and able to work towards professional designations related to privacy and/or compliance • 2 years with working compliance awareness and knowledge in a pharmacy benefits management, patient, or member services role • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees • College degree preferred • Knowledge of state and federal privacy laws and protocols a plus Company Overview • Lumicera Health Services is defining the “new norm” in specialty pharmacy to optimize patient well-being.It was founded in 2014, and is headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
