Develop new data sources and analytical models and tasks
Utilize descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytical techniques to highlight business challenges, potential solutions, and important trade-offs
Develop new strategic analytical models or modify existing ones
Turn data into meaningful insights using data visualization and storytelling techniques
Develop complex reports and analyses with guidance from leaders
Support complex process improvement and project management engagement for both individual specialty units and cross-divisional initiatives
Present findings to leaders and specialty unit leaders, including senior executives
Act as an internal expert to stakeholders and provide insights to drive results
Consistently prioritize safety and security, of self and others, as the top priority
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Experience with analytical tools, such as SQL, Python, and Tableau
Strong business acumen, statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and ability to manage complex processes with cross-functional teams
Excellent written, presentation, and verbal skills, with the ability to create succinct, relevant, and data-driven reports and presentations for senior leaders
Be a strong team player, be detail-oriented, and perform well under pressure
Ability to influence without authority and work in a matrix environment
Experience with MS Office is required

Have a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
