Position Overview

We're excited to invite applications for a Remote Data Entry & Market Research Specialist position at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

Conduct Market Research Tasks: Execute various online research activities including product reviews, service evaluations, and survey administration while adhering to established guidelines.
Email Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries through our online ticket response system, utilizing best-answer templates and providing timely, professional assistance to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Quality Assurance: Review and verify data accuracy, identifying and correcting any discrepancies to maintain data integrity throughout all projects.
Client Communication: Interact professionally with both internal team members and external clients, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills at all times.
Multi-tasking & Time Management: Efficiently handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced remote work environment.
Technology Compliance: Maintain and operate your personal computer (PC or MAC, no older than 3-4 years) using secure internet connections, adhering to our data security protocols.

Hourly Base Pay: Competitive hourly rates ranging from $18.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance level.

Requirements & Qualifications
