Job Overview As a Provider Data Services Senior Coordinator at blithequark, you will be responsible for overseeing reviews of provider data, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities Offer functional support and perform data entry and cleanup for data transfers, ranging from simple to complex tasks. Perform more complicated data exchanges and maintenance related to projects, implementations, and new product launches. Collaborate with different departments to ensure quality provider data for our members. Maintain and update provider segment and agreement data, including sensitive or complex transactions, in appropriate systems to support claims settlement and provider catalog. Work cooperatively with internal and external constituents to implement new partnerships and complex administrative arrangements. Identify, analyze, and direct root cause investigations and collaborate cross-functionally within the organization to suggest process improvements. Conduct and oversee reviews of provider data and escalate issues for resolution as necessary. Essential Qualifications 1-2 years of provider-related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel. Provider Data Maintenance experience. Past production environment experience. Preferred Qualifications CPB or EPDB knowledge. Strong verbal communication skills. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Proven success in collaborating with others to meet or exceed expectations. Experience providing clear and concise written and verbal communications. Education A High School Diploma or equivalent work experience is required for this role.
