Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality IT services and support to executive clients, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and technical analysis
Monitor and manage the end-to-end delivery of IT services, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including vendors, providers, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' technical requirements and provide tailored support and solutions

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT client support role, with a focus on delivering personalized services
Proven ability to handle client calls, demonstrating professional communication skills and a customer-centric approach
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical information and develop creative solutions
