[Remote] Sales Development - Performanced-Based (1099)

OpenSource is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive their sales efforts through cold calling and outbound prospecting. This remote, commission-based role focuses on generating qualified leads and booking meetings that convert to closed deals. Responsibilities • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls daily to targeted prospects • Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or demos for the closing team • Maintain accurate records of activity and lead status in our CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) • Work closely with sales leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, meetings booked, and qualified leads • Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to communicate value effectively • Follow up on inbound leads as needed and support ongoing outbound campaigns.
