Key Responsibilities As a Remote Data Entry and Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with assistance and support via phone, email, or in-person. Your key responsibilities will include: Placing outbound customer calls, follow-up emails to clients, and responding to general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Updating and maintaining client call databases, including updating and acting on customer care logs and all customer profile pages Providing administrative support, including profile creation and updating, filing, data entry, and document creation Creating and resolving customer support issue tickets in a timely and efficient manner Assisting in the preparation of all mail linked with the customer support process and handling exclusive administrative tasks, as well as overflow work from teams, including word-processing, data entry, and internet research tasks Managing the provider's entrance lobby area, greeting and administering all visitors, suppliers, customers, project candidates, and clients, and directing and seating all visitors to their designated offices and meeting rooms Performing general office duties, including but not limited to filing, records entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and job tasks Responsible for checking inventory supplies and performing other related tasks as required Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues Proven ability to follow instructions and establishments guidelines to perform vital task functionalities Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Enthusiastic and focused, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize requests in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience in a customer support or data entry role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Ability to work with minimal direction and resolve internal issues in a professional and efficient manner Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other related tools and technologies Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work independently, with minimal direction and supervision Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
