Key Responsibilities

Process documents electronically, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks
Make outbound calls to doctor's offices, as volume permits, to provide exceptional customer service and support
Process claims, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks
Receive, process, and ensure document classification and transmission to clients, meeting all contract requirements
Sort, image, document, file, and archive documents by form type, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
Identify documents and their purpose, creating a database of information to support internal teams and clients
Classify documents based on contract requirements, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Verify data from automated data extraction tools, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Ensure transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level, meeting all deadlines and requirements


Essential Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalency, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and training
Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Outlook, and Word, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
