As a remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently entering, updating, and managing data related to various direct marketing campaigns. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations remotely. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, the ability to work quickly, and a knack for multitasking. You will be working with multiple reports, ensuring that data is accurately entered and organized to support marketing efforts and business objectives. Requirements Responsibilities : Maintain organized filing systems for digital documents Data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing anniversary calendars Provide timely communication with team members Prepare and code orders for billing/invoicing using data processing reports to create accurate billing Assist in customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism, ensuring effective phone etiquette Qualifications : High School Diploma and above required An experience data entry/CSR preferred.
