About the Role: Data Analyst - Revenue & Digital Ad Intelligence We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Data Analyst to join our ad code team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving incremental revenue opportunities for our network of more than 3,500 creators. You will partner with Software Engineers and Product Managers to provide data-driven insights and decisions that will help us continue to grow and succeed in the digital advertising space. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Product and Engineering Ad Code teams to design, build, and provide scalable automated reporting that informs our business decisions. Develop revenue dashboards and ad code monitoring that tie back to releases, ensuring we have a clear understanding of our performance and areas for improvement. Analyze ongoing A/B tests and weekly ad code releases, providing insights and recommendations based on your findings to help us optimize our strategies. Demonstrate the ability to work across multiple projects while remaining focused on granular details, ensuring that our data-driven decisions are accurate and reliable. Essential Qualifications Expert knowledge of SQL and relational databases, with the ability to leverage this expertise to drive business outcomes. 2+ years of experience in data analysis or related fields, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving business performance. Experience or understanding of basic programming languages (R, Python, HTML, Javascript), with the ability to apply this knowledge to automate reporting and improve our data analysis capabilities. Familiarity with Tableau/Looker/Sigma or similar Data Visualization software, with the ability to create interactive and informative dashboards that help us understand our business performance. Understanding of digital advertising and more specifically programmatic advertising, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive revenue growth and improve our advertising strategies. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in CS, Statistics, Math, or a related field, with a strong foundation in data analysis and statistical modeling. Knowledge of the digital ad space, including Ad Manager Data Transfer logs, SSP, and Prebid/Header Bidding data sets, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business outcomes. Experience with SQL via Snowflake, Athena, Redash, with the ability to leverage these tools to analyze large datasets and drive business insights. Automated reporting experience with AWS, with the ability to apply this knowledge to improve our reporting capabilities and reduce manual effort. Skills and Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and drive business insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
