Key Responsibilities and Expectations As a Data Analyst at Workwarp, you will be responsible for working in data and business intelligence to create insights, including dashboards, developing business intelligence solutions and models, analyzing and interpreting results, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include: Data Analysis and Insights: Create insights, including dashboards, to support business decision-making. Business Intelligence Solutions: Develop business intelligence solutions and models to drive business growth and improvement. Data Visualization: Create tools and models such as segmentation, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with U.S.-based leaders in a matrixed team environment and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Data Management: Work with large datasets to analyze and interpret results, developing actionable insights and recommendations. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following essential qualifications and skills: Power BI Experience: 4+ years of total experience working with Power BI. SQL Experience: 3+ years of total experience in SQL. Communication Skills: Proven solid verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to stakeholders. Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Availability: Ability to work Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not essential, the following preferred qualifications and skills will be highly regarded: Tableau Experience: Experience with Tableau will be highly regarded, as will familiarity with other data visualization tools. Snowflake Experience: Familiarity with Snowflake will be an advantage, as will experience with other cloud-based data platforms. Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business operations and the ability to apply data insights to drive business growth and improvement. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop creative solutions.
