Previous customer service experience (1+ year) in a remote or local setting. Technical requirements: Windows PC or Laptop (Operating System 10 or 11). USB Port and Headset. Hard-Wired Internet Connection (No Wifi or VPN) / mini 30 mbps download / mini 10 mbps upload. Memory: 12GB of Ram. Dual Monitors and webcam (Required). Typing speed: at least 40 words per minute. Computer proficiency: intermediate level. Tone and demeanor: able to speak with a happy tone and professional attitude.
