* Managing 30-50 inbound calls daily from patients or caregivers, providing exceptional customer service and entry-level technical support
* Ensuring prompt and effective call resolution, maintaining an average call duration of 1:45
* Utilizing your problem-solving capabilities to troubleshoot basic technology issues
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Required Skills**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* **Customer Service Expertise**: A polite and professional demeanor when engaging with patients, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution
