Job Overview As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will be working from the comfort of your own home, with a comprehensive training program to ensure your success in this role. Compensation and Scheduling Details We offer a competitive pay rate of $17.85 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $18.74 per hour as you progress in your career. You will be working from home, with a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary. Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, your typical day will include: Interacting with hundreds of callers daily, using techniques like active listening and critical thinking to resolve customer service inquiries Actively resolving complaints and concerns within the queue Investigating billing and fraudulent activity concerns Processing account requests Providing guidance on product features and properly diagnosing hardware and software issues Screen sharing to resolve technical issues as needed Coordinating appointments for further troubleshooting and maintenance Researching articles and work instructions to efficiently resolve inquiries Properly documenting notes and effectively summarizing conversation details Openly accepting feedback, coaching, and training to further develop skills Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: The ability to build rapport and trust with people quickly Clear and concise communication skills The ability to solicit feedback openly and adjust accordingly A High School Diploma or GED Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred but not required What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
