Job Summary As a Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication with our customers, dispatching service technicians, and resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities: Dispatch service technicians according to their schedule, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing productivity. Answer incoming service calls, respond to customer inquiries, and adjust technician schedules as needed to meet customer needs. Resolve customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner, providing solutions and alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff, and responding to special requirements. Match the type of service required with availability, location, and duration of service to optimize productivity, profitability, and efficiency. Make outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain the Company's membership base, promoting our services and benefits to customers. Collaborate with coworkers to achieve team goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Educate customers on our Membership benefits, ensuring they understand the value of our services and become lifelong customers. Requirements: Essential Qualifications: Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in the HVAC or Plumbing industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and team members. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think proactively and resolve customer issues efficiently. Ability to type at least 70 words per minute, with high accuracy and attention to detail. Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia, with the ability to navigate and provide directions as needed. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with HVAC or Plumbing industry software, systems, or technologies. Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
