About the RoleKey Responsibilities: Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Enter data into multiple online systems with accuracy and efficiency Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients Work collaboratively with our team to resolve client issues and concerns Stay up-to-date with industry developments and company policies to provide informed support to our clients Requirements To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements: Minimum of 5 years of fast-paced office experience Minimum of 5 years of work experience at one company Excellent verbal communication skills A friendly, outgoing, and confident personality Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Good technical skills, including proficiency in using a PC or MAC and high-speed internet Ability to work with the 65+ age demographic, requiring patience and understanding PreferredQualifications: Experience working in a fast-paced doctor's office or small insurance company Familiarity with the Medicare insurance industry Previous experience in a remote work setup Work Environment As aRemote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be working from your home office, which must be quiet, distraction-free, and equipped with a PC or MAC and high-speed internet.You will be part of a video chat team, collaborating with our staff to ensure seamless communication and a sense of belonging. We expect you to maintain a professional work environment, free from distractions, and to be available during our working hours (8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday).
