Job Overview Our Customer Service Representatives help solve problems, answer questions, and provide information to employees of our clients regarding benefits and payroll. While working with customers, you will be expected to provide outstanding support and assistance. As a temporary Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a team that delivers high-quality client service consistent with blithequark standards and practices, maintaining relationships with existing clients and responding to questions via phone in a call center environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality client service consistent with blithequark standards and practices and maintain relationships with existing clients. Respond to questions via phone in a call center environment. Solve customer issues regarding employee benefits, researching problems and processing documents. Maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have: Essential Qualifications: High school diploma. Customer service experience. Strong typing and basic computer skills.
