Work Environment and Requirements To work effectively as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need: A quiet, secure, and organized workspace, free from distractions and interruptions. A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM, running Windows 10 or Windows 11 (or AppleOS, subject to client requirements). A wired USB headset with microphone, ensuring clear and high-quality communication. High-speed wired internet, with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps. Valid and up-to-date antivirus software, protecting against cyber threats. A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad, along with an authentication app, to support program work. Location and Eligibility blithequark currently works with contractors residing in specific states and territories. To be eligible, you must be located in one of the following areas: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, or Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractual Relationship As an independent contractor with blithequark, you'll be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and work-related expenses.
