Senior Business Attorney (Remote)

Senior Business Attorney Career Consulting Partners is in search of a Business and Real Estate Litigation Attorney to work out of El Segundo, California. We have partnered with an award-winning mid-size firm serving businesses, individuals, trustees, and families across Southern California. We are seeking a Litigation Associate with 4–10 years of experience to join our growing team of attorneys. The firm advises businesses of all sizes, family-owned, startups, and established companies, on formation, compliance, transactions, disputes, and long-term planning. In real estate, the team represents a wide range of professionals and entities, handling everything from purchases and sales to landlord-tenant matters, financing disputes, and complex litigation. This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse, high-impact matters across both business and real estate sectors. Ideal Candidate: • We are seeking a candidate who can handle all aspects of business and real estate litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, court appearances, and trial preparation • Ability to handle business and real estate litigation matters, including breach of contract, commercial lease disputes, and partnership disagreements • Assist with probate, trust, and estate litigation as needed • Work closely with managing partners and support staff on case strategy and client management • Participate in case intake, client communications, and negotiations Requirements: • Member of the California Bar and in good standing • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school • 4–10 years of litigation experience, ideally with a focus on business and/or real estate matters • Comfortable managing multiple cases and deadlines • Team-oriented, proactive, and professional • Interest in long-term growth within a litigation-focused practice Compensation & Benefits: • Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Sick Leave • Compensation: $170,000 - $240,000 • Plus Commissions and bonuses Location: • El Segundo, California • Remote/Hybrid from day one • This role is remote, with the expectation of occasional in-office presence for trial preparation, client meetings, or other key in-person activities. • **Please note that we at Career Consulting Partners will be sure to keep your information private.
