The Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our customers and prospective customers. You will respond to high-volume inbound calls, provide accurate and up-to-date information, and ensure compliance with all regulations. This is an entry-level role with opportunities for career growth and development within our organization. Key Responsibilities: Respond to high-volume (50-80) inbound calls daily, providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers and prospective customers Provide excellent customer experiences, treating all callers with respect and empathy Follow all policies, procedures, and compliance regulations to ensure a seamless customer experience Reroute calls to Loan Advocates and Customer Advocates as needed Accurately enter data into our systems to maintain accurate records What You'll Bring to the Team Essential Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a contact center environment Experience with high-volume customer interactions Commitment to delivering excellent customer service Accurate data entry skills Availability to work during weekdays and one Saturday each month (in exchange for one weekday off) Collections or Sales-oriented contact center experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the financial services industry Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance Previous experience with customer service software and technology Career Growth Opportunities At OppFi, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
