Know blithequark's extensive product catalog and services range to provide personalized recommendations and solutions that suit their needs. Guide customers in selecting the right products for their pets based on recommendations forwarded by our specialists, considering factors such as breed, age, health conditions, and dietary restrictions. Maintain documentation of customers' interactions in blithequark's dedicated CRM. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and liaise with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries. Uphold blithequark's reputation as a customer-first organization that cares deeply about pet welfare and customer service. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree holders in psychology or relevant subjects will be given preference. Essential skills include proficiency in CRM software, strong typing abilities, and an understanding of e-commerce platforms. Ideal candidates will exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, empathetic customer engagement, and the ability to multitask effectively. Knowledge of pet products and the pet care industry is a plus. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a functional workstation with a quiet, distraction-free environment suitable for taking customer calls.
