About the Role: Clinical Support Services Agent As a Clinical Support Services Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and their families, providing empathetic and professional support during times of need. Your role will involve receiving initial calls, gathering information, and relaying it to our team of clinicians. This is a rewarding and challenging position that requires strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and the ability to remain composed in fast-paced and emotionally charged situations. Key Responsibilities: Receive and process incoming calls from patients, families, and healthcare providers, providing exceptional customer service and support Gather and relay accurate information to clinicians, ensuring seamless communication and care coordination Utilize strong active listening skills to understand patient concerns and provide empathetic support Remain professional and composed in high-pressure situations, navigating complex emotions and conversations with ease Collaborate with our team of clinicians and support staff to deliver comprehensive and patient-centered care Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service, patient care, and telehealth operations Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
