About the Role This is a full-time position, operating Monday through Friday, with flexible 8-hour shifts between 8am and 8pm EST. We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we ensure our team members have their weekends free to recharge. Upon joining, you'll embark on an intensive 5-week orientation program, designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your role. Our comprehensive training and ongoing support will guide you every step of the way, ensuring your success and comfort in your new position. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, addressing the needs and concerns of our members with empathy and professionalism. Navigate multiple databases and web-based systems seamlessly, while maintaining a high level of customer engagement over the phone. Demonstrate a keen ear for listening and a knack for finding solutions, ensuring that every interaction is positive and productive. Manage multiple tasks with ease, prioritizing responsibilities to meet the high standards of our service. Essential Qualifications A High School Diploma is required, although a bachelor's degree is highly valued and considered a significant asset.
